Muhamago is a sound artist with a passion for exploring and creating music from the world around him. He takes his audio recorder everywhere he goes, collecting a wide range of ambient sounds. From the crashing waves of the beach to the chatter in the local markets, he tunes in and listens the music in everything. He then manipulates his recordings to create unique soundscapes that transport his audiences to new and interesting places. Recently, Muhamago has begun using Arc GIS to create dynamic interactive maps that bring his sounds to life by using a deft interplay of photography and location data.
